Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) ("US"), and Canada (except the province of Quebec). Giveaway may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions. US and CA residents must have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence in order to participate. Void in Quebec and where prohibited. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded per week.

Description of Grand Prize: Each week, one (1) selected winner will receive one (1) $50US gift certificate to be used toward the purchase of any available parts sold within the BabbittsOnline.com OEM Parts Network. At the time these rules were written, parts available include Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Sea-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat, and Can-Am (Bombardier ATV) parts. Your gift certificate can be redeemed for any current parts manufacturer, which may vary from time to time.

Cash Value: The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash.

Delivery: All winners will be notified via email. The gift certificate will be awarded electronically.

No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permittedin the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, any applicable VAT (value added tax)..

Odds: Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received from the BabbittsOnline.com participating websites. Current sites can be viewed in the top navigation.

Selection of Winner: Winner will be determined by random drawing from all entries received, to be held on or about the end of each week starting on or about the first week of March 2007. All winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winner will have seven (7) days from notification to accept the prize by responding to the email notification.

General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final. BabbittsOnline.com reserves the right to disqualify any person or email address that BabbittsOnline.com determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor, agents and representatives of BabbittsOnline.com, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible or unsuccessful efforts to notify or contact winner notices; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of BabbittsOnline.com that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Giveaway or arising from the participant's access to and use of the Internet site to the extent permitted by law including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. BabbittsOnline.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway. In the event of such cancellation, BabbittsOnline.com reserves the right to award prize in a random drawing from all entries received prior to the time of cancellation.

By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold BabbittsOnline.com and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of BabbittsOnline.com, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation (to the extent permitted by law), personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
